Investor Overview

Bio Vision has carved out a unique competitive advantage over other biomass conversion firms. As other firms are focusing on alternative fuels (e.g., ethanol, bio-oil, etc.), we are focusing on producing alternative chemicals. This market has few competitors and rapidly growing demand. The bio-energy market has several drawbacks: questionable economics, numerous competitors, large-scale plants, and enormous capital investment. By way of contrast, Bio Vision's bio-chemicals market has few competitors, smaller plants, rapidly growing demand, and manageable capital investment requirements. Our innovative plant size and co-locating approach will keep costs and emissions low. Bio Vision's unique VLC technology is attractive to users. Professionals rank it as one of the best value-added solutions for the biomass industry.

We have completed the Proof of Concept Phase (technology choice and design, partner identification and acquisition, business planning, and financial modeling) and are now commercializing the technology. Phase 1 of the Commercialization Phase is underway and should be completed by 1Q 09.

Criteria for sound investment in the field of renewable alternative resources are based on a profitable business case, an economic return on investment, a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere, energy efficiency, independence from fossil fuels, minimal environmental impact, and a positive social impact supporting commitment to sustainable development. Bio Vision’s objectives meet all of these criteria for investment. In addition, Bio Vision has the flexibility through this technology to diversify its output to meet market demands. This allows management the opportunity to maximize the profitability of the company by focusing on those products that result in the best return on investment.

An investment in Bio Vision is a unique opportunity to capitalize on the extraordinary growth potential of bio-resource development and management.
